All times are in Pacific Daylight Time, which is the same as California and Arizona during this timeframe.

We have a tight schedule and sometimes there are long lines -  
please give yourselves plenty of time; and please give way to the Candidates.

MEETING LOCATIONS  

1st thru 3rd Degrees = El Zaribah Shrine

4th thru 32nd Degrees = Chaparral Suites Resort Conference Center

SRRR REGISTRATION FORMS
You can retrieve both the "Request to Confer Courtesy Work" and the "General Registration" forms by downloading the form and emailing or faxing it to the info on the sheet.  Go to either the Web Site's Registration, or the Download Tabs.

REGISTRATION & CREDENTIALS
Candidates and attendees will have separate Reunion registration tables in Conference Room Hallway. Your Registration package will be at these tables, and will contain your Credentials, tickets ordered and Reunion information.

CANDIDATES
Please register at the Candidate Registration Desk in Conference Room Hallway as soon as you arrive, as we anticipate lines immediately before the Conferrals begin.

All Candidates are encouraged to attend the presentation of the Scottish Rite first three degrees at El Zaribah Shrine Wednesday, May 12th afternoon and Thursday May 13 evening.  This is free for all candidates!

The events have an open dinner associated with them, so feel free to bring your lady.  The cost per dinner is $25 dollars.  Thursday dinner will be a special occasion with a Cajun meal being served.  The viewing of the degrees is limited to master Masons only.  Transportation will be provided from the Resort.

We will be letting Candidates out from the conferrals first for breaks and meals in order to facilitate starting the work again on time.

Again, emphasizing, the Resort has no clocks and long lines...watch your time.

CONFERRALS
All Conferrals are scheduled in the Conference Hacienda & Paloma Rooms.  If you need assistance with paraphernalia or an area to practice please see one of the committeemen.
